Tombag Returns Guide

We want shopping at Tombag to be as pain free as possible, so please take the time to read below to find out how we can help you make the right purchase. 

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 30 days and in perfect original salable condition. We offer a refund or exchange service but we can't refund your original or return postage costs, if you have simply changed your mind. We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make your mind up so nothing accidental happens to damage them. Please don't wash your bag and pretend that's it still new either. Thank you.

Faulty Goods

The same 30 day policy applies to faulty goods too. Generally if something's going to go wrong, it will go wrong quickly if it's a Tombag defect. We can't accept returns due to excessive, unreasonable or abnormal wear of a product. All items returned as faulty are subject to inspection by Tombag before we can confirm if they are indeed faulty, however, we generally have a no quibble policy due to the fact that we have every confidence in our products .
